In April 2024, Elsa launched the Berlin chapter of Video Consortium, one of the world's largest networks by and for documentary filmmakers, together with Milan Daemgen and Pierre-Yves Beaulieu.

Since then, they have organised workshops, panel discussions, and networking events in Berlin and online, with the goal of democratising the documentary industry and making it more accessible to filmmakers in Berlin and Germany.
