Award-winning documentary filmmaker focused on human rights and social impact storytelling. Elsa has developed projects across East Africa, the United States, and Europe, and has produced, filmed, directed, and edited work for leading organizations in sustainability and innovation.

She is a co-founder of the Berlin chapter of Video Consortium and, since 2024, has worked as Associate Creative Director at the U.S.-based agency Side X Side Studios.

Her work is driven by character-led narratives that challenge prejudice and highlight personal stories with emotional depth.
